Breath & Budo (In Person & Live Streamed)
Please join us on March 1, from 12:00-2:00 pm Central Time, for a one day seminar on “Breath & Budo”-an introductory class on the mechanics of correct breathing which will focus on proper usage of the breath in stillness and in motion, with applications for the martial arts. This will be taught by Jim Tabor Sensei and be offered in person at Crestwood Aikido as well as virtually via Zoom.
